Super easy to use, which it was better marked so I don’t get it confused with the one that fits my jacket zippers all the way.
Super comfy and while I need to practice getting it off when I’m tandem wearing it’s simple to get on and kept everyone warm. I’ll need to figure out rain hats for the munchkins. I’m not a huge fan of how large the labels are and their placement.

This jacket has enabled me and 2 of my infant children to get outside and be active no matter the weather, from snowy, frigid upstate NY winters to rainy Olympic National Park, WA. I often wear the coat to work during the week, then Zip in the insert for weekend hiking and exploring with the little ones. When I first ordered the coat, Amy responded right away regarding shipping timeline, etc. I loved it so much, I made sure my sister got one for her first baby as well!
I am not exaggerating when I say that purchasing this jacket was the best online buying experience I have ever had. I ordered this Jacket on Friday December 3rd, 2021 and received it on Tuesday December 7th! I live in Ottawa, Canada and was expecting delivery to be late January because of the Christmas season. The jacket was also shipped within 15 minutes of me ordering it and I received an email from Amy stating that she went with a different shipping provider so I would get the jacket 4 days sooner. The jacket itself is so nice looks like a Northface jacket without the insert and the insert is large. I haven't had a chance to wear it outside yet but I did try it on inside with my 6 month old daughter and she fit very well with tons of room to grow! I highly recommend this product and only wish I had bought it when I was pregnant. Will be recommending to all my friends and family! Thanks Amy! Exceptional company and customer service!
Have not gotten a chance to fully try out the jacket as I needed to exchange it for a larger size (underestimated the chest size once pregnant!), but Amy was really quick to respond and reserve a larger size for me. Really appreciate the understanding for a brand new mama trying to figure out a postpartum body. I look forward to trying it out in the snowy upstate NY winters!
This jacket was exactly as described. I bought it in 2019 and got years of use out of it with the baby insert. Now almost into 2022, I primarily use it without the insert as a regular jacket, but occasionally still pop my toddler in with the insert, and it works just as well as the day I bought it.
Honestly, my favorite jacket (not just favorite baby item). My son and I can enjoy all sorts of outdoor time that we otherwise would not be able to. I am tall (5'10") with long limbs and the jacket covers my long arms AND keeps my baby warm. Seriously the best.
